The Project Finance Team of ICBC NY Branch was founded in May 2013. Since inception, the Project Finance Team has built strong credential and track record in the project finance market in the Americas.

According to 2016 Project Finance League Tables published by IJ Global, Infra-Americas and Thomson Reuters, ICBC ranked as following:

IJ Global: No. 2 in Project Finance MLA – North America Power, and ranked No.4 in Project Finance MLA – Americas Power;

Infra-Americas: No.3 in USA Bank Debt Providers, and No.2 in North America Power Sector Bank Debt Providers;

Thomson Reuters: Ranked No. 6 in Global Book-runners; No. 12 in Americas Mandated Arrangers; No. 10 in Americas Book-runners.

The Project Finance Team is very active in the power sector in the Americas. From 2013 to date, the Project Finance Team acted as Coordinating Lead Arranger on 4 Power transactions, Joint Book-runner on 13 PF transactions, and Joint Lead Arranger on 25 PF transactions.

The members of the Project Finance Team are experienced professionals in their respective sectors and functional areas. Collectively, our members have more than 65 years of experience in the fields of energy, natural resources, metal & mining, infrastructure, and etc.
