On 23 February 2018, ICBC (Thai) led by Dr. Zhigang Li, Chairman of the Board of Directors together with Mr. Gonglong Hou, Head of Chinese Commercial Banking Department visited Mr. Zhou Haicheng, Consul-General of The People’s Republic of China in Songkhla.
