We also offers secured working capital facilities and interest rate derivatives through ICBC affiliates. The Real Estate Team originates and underwrites senior secured commercial real estate transactions, primarily focused on experienced and well-capitalized sponsorship that require moderate leverage and have visible repayment strategy, with competitive market terms and pricing. The Real Estate Team is also able to provide syndicated loan structure for larger transactions through ICBC’s extensive relationship with partner banks.
