Mr. Ye has served as Non-executive Director of the Bank since October 2017. He joined Huijin in 2017. Previously, he served as Section Chief and Deputy Director General of the Finance Division of Beijing Normal University, Assistant General Manager (Deputy General Manager level) of the Plann ing and Finance Department of China Everbright Bank, Deputy General Manager of the Finance and Accounting Department of China Everbright Bank (in charge of the department’s work), Vice President and member of the CPC Committee of China Everbright Bank Tianjin Branch, Deputy General Manager of the Audit Department of China Everbright Bank (in charge of the department’s work) and General Manager of the Audit Department of China Everbright Bank. He served concurrently as Employee Supervisor of the Board of Supervisors of China Everbright Bank. Mr. Ye Donghai graduated from Renmin University of China, and obtained a Master’s degree in Economics. He is a senior accountant.
